The Texas Retired Teachers Foundation (TRTF) Legacy Campaign promotes a positive image of public education in Texas, as well as the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS).

So far, the Legacy Campaign has produced two videos. View the videos and read more about them below! Stay tuned for additional updates as to how TRTF is expanding this wonderful program.

The newest Legacy video, entitled “Preserving the Legacy: Actives and Retirees Working Together,” was completed in the beginning of August just in time for the school year. The video focuses on educating active teachers on the defined benefit plan, the value of being a member of TRS and the common goal that actives and retirees share: The TRS Pension Fund.

Please share the video with active school personnel, friends and members of the community. It is our hope that this video will resonate with all of the importance of the Texas public education legacy and the value of TRS.
